List Pro Realty Refund Policy

At List Pro Realty, we believe in providing flexibility and transparency for our clients.

1. Cancellation at Any Time

   • You may cancel your listing agreement with List Pro Realty at any time. However, please review the refund eligibility conditions below.

2. Cancellation After MLS Listing

   • If your property has already been listed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), the listing service is considered fulfilled. In this case, no refund will be issued upon cancellation.

3. Cancellation Before MLS Listing

   • If you cancel your listing order before your property is listed on the MLS, you are eligible for a refund. The full cost of any digital products delivered along with a $49 administration fee will be deducted from the refund to cover initial setup and processing costs.

4. Cancellation Process

   • To cancel, please reach out to us via email hello@welistpro.com or phone (346) 570-0117. We will confirm your cancellation via email and process any applicable refund within 5-7 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items (Downloads and Optional Purchases)

   Downloads, digital products, and optional add-on purchases are non-refundable. If a refund is issued for eligible services, the cost of any non-refundable items (such as downloads or optional add-ons) will be deducted from the refund amount.
